I was born in Englewood, New Jersey on March 10, 1973—the second oldest of six kids, we were a normal typical American family. So you may wonder, why would a young girl such as myself decide to go into the adult entertainment industry? Well, I have loved to entertain other people ever since I was a little girl, and always was the center of attention. But if you would of asked when I was younger, did I think I would ever be a star in the adult film industry? The answer would be, I don’t know. So let me tell you my story about how it all happened to me, and how it made me the mother, daughter and
woman I am today.
When I was growing up and going to high school in suburban Weehawken, New Jersey the last thing I ever thought I would grow up to be was an X-rated porn star. I had no idea what I wanted to be in life, and then, purely by chance, it happened. I had just turned 18 and graduated from school and was on a visit to nearby New York City with a friend when we walked by a place in Times Square on 42nd Street and 8th Avenue called Show World. It was an adult entertainment store with everything XXX from live girls, to movies, to magazines—you name it in porn, and they had it. So just for laughs we decided to go in and check it out. It was awesome! I was very impressed! Everything seemed so nice and clean, organized and professionally-run! I was immediately hooked! I knew I loved sex, and here was a place I could be my naturally sexy-self and have a job at the same time! It took me just a minute to make up my mind, and I went and got all the information I needed to start my new career as an erotic entertainer! It was a funny thing how quickly I took to it all, because before that the only porn I had ever seen was watching through a scrambled cable-tv channel!
When I went in for my first day on the job I actually started working at a different place nearby on 42nd Street called Video World, that was owned by Show World. When I started I have to admit I was extremely nervous—but all I really had to do was stand outside one of the fantasy viewing booth, and invite men to pay me to put on a private show for them. That was the easiest part. Once in the booth and with the customer watching we would work out what type of sexual fantasy he would want me to play out—and he would pay tips for of course! And there I was off and running! But I took some time before I called him—I wanted to make sure this was the life for me. So first I started working at strip clubs and doing bachelor parties in New York and New Jersey. Finally in the summer of 1992 I decided to take the plunge, and I drove with a close friend out to California and met with Jim South. The interview went so well that I got a job to do my first porn scene that very day! And it’s a good thing too because I was flat broke!
My first-ever job in porn was dong an X-rated scene with director/actor John T. Bone and actress Pamela Dee. I did what I learned for the first time was called a “boy/girl/girl” scene with them. This was the first of learning a whole new vocabulary that existed within porn—boy/girl, girl/girl, boy/boy/girl, and like that. Also the names of all the sexual positions that were new to me, like pile-driver, reverse-cowgirl, spoon, and so many more! And it was strange having sex with people that I just met for the first time! But you know, all the people made me feel comfortable and right away I knew that being a porn actress was something that I could not only do, but loved doing! I immediately set my sights on doing my first girl/girl scene and first anal scene, wow!
I will never forget my first anal scene. It was with an actor named Randy West, and at first I was scared it was going to be painful because I had never done it before even in my personal life! I resisted the idea of just living there full-time because I didn’t want to get burned-out like so many other porners I saw. Once I had done a lot of movies I knew I was ready for my next big move—going out on the strip club circuit as a feature dancer. I spent a lot of time going to the dance shows of other porn stars to do research on what costumes I would need, equipment, and other stuff to have my own show. Finally when I was ready I decided to do my first feature gig dancing at Show World where I felt most comfortable after all my time there. I remember waiting to go on stage for my first performance and having butterflies in my stomach! I was soooooo nervous you wouldn’t believe it! But then when I went out in front of the audience it went great! No problems! And with that I was then on a roll, going from state-to-state dancing in clubs big and small touring all over the US and loving every minute of it.
By this time, between my movies, dancing, and personal appearances, I was beginning to build up quite a large fan base. So I started up my own fan club, this way all my wonderful fans could contact me directly and buy all kinds of personal items and collectables. And from that point on until today I still answer all my fan mail personally and promptly—I always wanted to keep it personal and direct between me and my fans!
It was in 1995 I began exploring another aspect of professional adult entertainment—escorting! It was a way for me to get intimate with my fans on a whole other level, and it was hot! I traveled to work in a number of different states, and got to meet so many fantastic people! In fact I enjoyed it so much that in 1997 I opened up my own escort agency, “Micky Lynn’s Executive Touch.”
